I've found a new way to strengthen my calves: an elastic band. I sit and put my toes in the handle and do extensions with my foot. I do it either after a sprint session or my calf raises workout. It really burns and I can see every detail in my calf muscles. A friend who's a ballerina does it for her calves and showed me how to do too. I'm sure it's gonna help to make my calves even bigger. Yesterday I did my sprint training session. And this morning my legs muscles looked amazingly bulging. I made a video of my legs walking to the kitchen. I'm so proud of them now! Here are 3 pics from my video (visit http://www.clips4sale.com/62621 to buy it):
